The fifth month of the Hindu Calendar is Shravan, also known as Sawan. Shravan nakshatra rules Sky on Purnima or the full moon day. Thus, Shravan month is also called Shravan. Shravan month is known for numerous religious festivals like Nag-Panchami (or Rakshabandhan), Rishi Panchmi (or Rishi Panchmi), etc. That almost every day in Shravan month is auspicious because of different religious festivals or works. To receive the most blessings from Lord Shiva, Rudrabhishek is highly encouraging during the Shravan months. This month falls between July and August, according to the Gregorian Calendar.
